Analytical rigor
Closing and P&L under IFRS 16, zero-based budgeting and automated reporting. I built a finance database handling 300,000+ tax documents a month.
Strategy and growth
Two IPOs, the M&A integration of Mobly and Tok&Stok, and management of a cash operation moving R$ 120M a month, across physical stores, online and marketplace.
Tailored automation
I use generative AI to build custom tools for each finance problem: fast to put into use and tailored to the company's process.
Leadership
Teams of 15 to 70 people. My principle is to put myself in the shoes of the people doing the work and listen to the real problem before demanding results.
